Baltic International Summer School

Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences is happy to announce the 17th edition of Baltic International Summer School, taking place in the green and active city of Valmiera, Latvia, from June 21 - July 2, 2015. This year the students can apply for 1 of the 2 simultaneous courses:

1. "International Tourism Events Management" - exploring the event management industry;
2. "Latvia - Place for Creative Development" - which will focus on Latvian culture, language and characteristics in today's world.

The students from our partner institutions are exempt from tuition fee and need to cover their accommodation, meals, and cultural programme (which is a total of 390 EUR). Students can apply until June 1, 2015.

The special feature of this year's summer school will be the possibility to experience the traditional way of Latvian summer solstice celebration "Jani".
