The Centre for Slovenian language and culture
at the Faculty of Humanities, Koper, University of Primorska
is pleased to invite you to take part in
a 40 hour Summer School of Slovenian language and culture on the Slovenian Coast
from Monday, 14-th July 2014 to Friday, 25-th July 2014
at the Faculty of Humanities, Titov trg 5, 6000 Koper.
The Summer Courses of Slovenian language are organised for international participants from all over the world as well as for all international (Erasmus) students of the University of Primorska who are not citizens of Slovenia. The Summer School of Slovenian language is organised into 3 levels (beginners, intermediate, advanced). At the beginning of the Summer School all the participants (except absolute beginners) will take a language evaluation test and which will then help us to distribute the participants into the appropriate study groups.

(for others: 459 EUR; former participants: 416 EUR)
Accomodation (if needed): 295 EUR (14 days)
At the end of the successfully completed Summer School all the participants receive
official Confirmation of Participation and 3 ECTS.

9.00- 12.00 - Morning classes of Slovenian,
12.00 – 14.00 – Lunch,
14.00 – 16.00 - Individual consultations,
16.00 – 19.00 - Workshops, cultural, and out-door activities
This year we also invite you all to a new workshop «Mams and Dads in Slovene dialects«
(prof. dr. Jožica Škofic, Slovene Academy of Sciences)», the workshop «Yellow, red, blue – do Slovenes see colours in the same way?» (original research in national identity in language) and the Colloquial club, Quizez, Out-door activities, and a tourist programme.
