University of Tartu International Summer University is waiting to meet you this summer in Estonia as well as abroad (at joint programmes). Social Science and Business Programmes

· Three Universities Programme - After the Empire: The Collapse of Communism and Beyond, June 30 - July 19, takes place in Estonia, Latvia and Ukraine and is offered in co-operation with the University of Latvia and the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
Level: BA and MA

· European and Russian Relations: Social Dimension, July 14 - August 1, takes place in three different Estonian cities – Tallinn, Tartu and Pärnu.

Law and Political Science Programmes

· Two Universities Programme - European Integration: the EU from West to East, July 7 - August 1, takes place in the Netherlands and Estonia and is offered jointly with the Utrecht University’s Summer School.
Level: BA and MA

· 3rd Martens Summer School on International Law, July 27 – August 1, takes place in Pärnu.
Level: advanced BA, MA & professionals

Language Programmes

· Estonian Language on four levels, July 14 - 25 - beginners, part I and July 28 - August 8 - beginners course part II, A1-A2 / pre-intermediate course A2-B1 / intermediate course B1-B2 .
Application deadline: May 20

PS! Scholarships for Estonian language courses are available by Estonian Institute (application deadline March 3), Archimedes Foundation (bilateral governmental agreements) and German Academic Exchange Service DAAD for German students.

· Russian Language on two levels A2 and B1, June 30 – July 7, takes place in Estonia and Russia and is offered in co-operation with Pskov State University.
Application deadline: April 15

Estonian Handicraft

· Craft Camp Workshop, July 13-18, takes place in Olustvere, Estonia. Workshops: ceramics, glass ware, birch bark, different textile items (wrist warmers, laces and ribbons), bone items.
Level: masters and crafts people from Scandinavia and Europe.
